New Consultations – Face to Face
Consultation £30 – redeemable against treatment. Consultation time 30 mins.
I will be able to fully advise and see which treatment option is the best for you and provide you with a treatment plan along with costs and treatment time.
Appointment Bookings
- You will be given a convenient appointment date and time to suit you.
- You will be advised of the length of your treatment time.
- You will be advised of the cost of your treatment.
Appointments
- Please arrive Make-up Free (if having facial procedures).
- Please arrive for your appointment on time.
- Please whattsapp me to notify me you are here.
- Please wait in your car until I am able to welcome you in.
- Please attend appointments alone. More than one person is not permitted in the treatment room at any one time. Where a chaperone is required please inform me of this at the time of booking your appointment.
Minors
- Minors under the age of 16 are nor permitted in clinic unless they have been medically referred. They must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Terms and Conditions
Booking Fees
- A £30 booking fee/consultation fee is required immediately upon booking to secure your appointment. This is redeemable against your treatment on the day of your treatment.
- A £50 booking fee is required for appointments over £100
- Booking fees are not refundable and cannot be transferable without 2 working days notice.
- The balance payment for treatment must be made at the end of your treatment.
Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation /Rescheduling an appointment requires a minimum of 2 WORKING DAYS NOTICE to transfer the booking fee to a future booking. If less than 2 WORKING DAYS NOTICE is given this will incur in the loss of the booking fee.
- If you are late by more than 15 minutes/ or I am unable to continue with your appointment then your appointment will be classed as a non arrival and you will incur in the loss of the booking fee.
- If full medical details are not provided and treatment cannot go ahead the booking fee cannot be refunded.
- Should I feel that it is in your best interest that you are unsuitable for treatment please be aware that your consultation fee will not be refunded.
COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
- I am at all times committed to providing you with a professional service. If you are unhappy with the treatment you have received or the service I have provided please put this in writing to traceyaaesthetic@gmail.co.uk.

Product Orders
- Payment for products orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
Before Treatment
- Before you have your treatment, everywhere will have been fully sanitized for infection control.
- As all make up will need to be removed before treatment, please arrive fresh faced and make-up free.
Advanced Aesthetic Treatments
- Please ensure you have read the pre & post treatment advice which has been sent to you.
- Please inform me of any medications you are taking.
- Taking the following medication or supplements may increase bruising and are best avoided 24 hours prior to treatment (unless medically prescribed): Alcohol, Asprin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin C&E, Fish Oils, Ginko Biloba, and St John’s Wort.
Treatment will not be carried out under the following circumstances:
- Under the years of 18 (written medical consent .
- Pregnant/Breast Feeding.
- Active Cold Sore.
- Recent Chemotherapy /Radiotherapy.
- Active Skin Infection.
- Colds/Coughs.
